Participants are invited to sit comfortably and take part at their own pace. \nKerri Best is a clarity and mindset coach who helps individuals reconnect with calm\, confidence\, and a greater sense of direction.\nThrough a blend of practical tools and gentle\, body-based techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping)\, Kerri supports people in reducing stress\, releasing emotional tension\, and creating a greater sense of balance in their daily lives.\nHer approach is grounded\, supportive\, and accessible to all—meeting people exactly where they are.
