Logging In

The Login page lets you log in to your individual user account (called "My Account"). Your user account is a record of your personal information, any items that you have currently checked out, any holds that you have requested, blocks on your account, and any lists that you have created or saved. Depending on your library policy, you may need to set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN) with the library staff before you can log in to My Account.

Tip: To use this feature you must be registered at one of our automated libraries and hold a barcoded library card.

How to Log in to My Account

1. Click the My Account tab or click the Login icon on the Toolbar.

2. Enter ( without spaces ) the barcode from your library card or any other user ID that Information Portal requests in the first field.

3. If prompted, enter your PIN in the PIN field. (Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number)

4. Click Login.

   HIP will display the Account Overview page listing the different functions that you can access from your user account.

5. When you are finished, log out of your user account.
