St John’s Tool Library: Intro to Power Tools

A little afraid of power tools? Fear no more! Join us for a morning of fun demos and hands-on experience.
Adults and teens 16+.

Learn how to safely use common power tools that you can borrow from the St. John’s Tool Library.
All skill levels welcome.

This workshop covers the basic use,and safety considerations of circular saws, jig saws, mitre saws, drills, and sanders.

Our volunteers are going to be going over circular saws, jig saws, miter saws, drills, and sanders. These tools have a wide range of uses, so this workshop can help prepare you for a wide variety of projects.
