Borrowing Guide

Your library card gives you access to a broad range of materials province-wide.

  • Books, magazines, CDs & videos
  • Online learning resources
  • Ebooks & audiobooks
  • Video games & board games
  • Public computers & printers
  • Special collections such as musical instruments & bird-watching backpacks are available at some locations

With your library card you can borrow:

  • up to 18 books
  • up to 6 board games
  • up to 6 DVDs or CDs
  • up to 6 audiobooks

Please present your library card when borrowing items.  Contact the library if your library card is lost or stolen. There is a $2.00 fee to replace your card.

Loan Periods & Fees

The library is not currently collecting fines. Please make every effort to return your library materials on time. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any items that are not returned.

Note: Each renewal is considered another loan period. Overdue fees are charged for each day the library is open. You are responsible for the full replacement cost for any material that you lose or damage.
