Gather your friends and family to embark on a journey of imagination and artistic exploration: the Rotary Arts Centre is back at the Library for more Community Arts Studio workshops!

Each studio is guided by a local artist in a series of different mediums: this week artist Alli Johnston teaches the beginnings of watercolour painting techniques with colour blending, brushwork, expressive experimentation to create vibrant pieces.
