Let’s Try: EFT Tapping with Kerri Best

St John’s – A.C. Hunter Library Curious about simple ways to reduce stress and feel more at ease? Join us for a gentle, guided introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as “tapping.”
In this session, you’ll learn an easy, effective technique that combines light tapping on the body with focused awareness to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional well-being.
No experience is needed, and all steps will be clearly guided in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Participants are invited to sit comfortably and take part at their own pace.

Kerri Best is a clarity and mindset coach who helps individuals reconnect with calm, confidence, and a greater sense of direction.
Through a blend of practical tools and gentle, body-based techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), Kerri supports people in reducing stress, releasing emotional tension, and creating a greater sense of balance in their daily lives.
Her approach is grounded, supportive, and accessible to all—meeting people exactly where they are. She has worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and is passionate about offering simple, effective practices that people can continue using at home. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel comfortable, supported, and able to explore at their own pace.
