St John’s Storytelling Festival: Children’s Event

Innu Legends with Joe Goudie

Step into the rich and magical world of Innu Legends, a storytelling show that brings to life the traditional tales of the Innu people of Labrador. Through animal adventures, trickster spirits, and powerful lessons from the land, young audiences will journey through stories passed down for generations.
Told with warmth, wonder, and imagination, these legends introduce children to the Innu way of life, respect for nature, and the deep connections between people, animals, and the land. Perfect for curious minds and big imaginations, Innu Legends is a celebration of Indigenous culture and storytelling at its finest.
