Let’s celebrate Must Read Book of the Year  for 2025. Love Our Local Authors (LOLA) is a celebration of Newfoundland and Labrador books, authors and readers! April is LOLA Month, when we especially recognize the many talented storytellers of Newfoundland and Labrador. All month long we will be celebrating LOLA at NLPL branches throughout the province, culminating with the announcement of our 2026 NLPL Must-Read Book of the Year.
