Storytime with ASNL

We have a special story time with the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Did you know children can communicate before they learn to speak? Join us on Thursday, March 12th from 1:10pm-2pm to learn ways to communicate, reducing frustration and strengthening connection.

Tots Time – Fridays @ 2:30PM

Set your little one on the road to literacy and join us for our 6 week tots time session! The staff will lead caregivers and toddlers in rhymes and songs, read simple, interactive stories and play with puppets and props!

Tots Time is for children aged 18mos-3yrs.

Tots Time will be held on Fridays @ 2:30PM and will run for 30 minutes followed by a short playtime or simple craft!

This session will start on Friday April 17th and finish on May 22nd.

Babytime #2 – Fridays @ 10:00AM

Join us for our 6 week babytime session! The staff will lead caregivers in simple stories, rhymes and songs for you to interact with your little one and help to set them on the road to literacy! 

Babytime is for babies aged 0-18mos!

Babytime #2 will be held on Fridays @ 10:00AM and will run for 20-25 minutes followed by a short playtime!

This session will start on Friday April 17th and finish on May 22nd.

Spring Family Story Time 2026

Stephenville Crossing: A 30 minute interactive program celebrating books, rhymes, movement, songs and fun that is perfect for families with multiple children, ages 0-5 years. Learn, grow, and explore through 6 weeks of story time at the library!
