Resources for Teens

Welcome to the public library! Most libraries have a Young Adult collection and some even have designated teen spaces. Ask the staff at your local library for the whereabouts of the YA collection in your branch. If there is a book that you would like to read that is not in your branch, let them know and we will get it in for you.

Need a library card? You can get one in person at any public library branch or register for one online. Learn more!

Check out our catalogue, where you can browse our collection, place holds on items, renew materials, and more.

Visit our eLibrary page for teens, full of great book lists curated by library staff and lots of great reads.

Login using your library card to our Digital Library, where you can find online magazines and newspapers, language learning, homework help, and more.

Interested in starting a Book Club or in one that’s looking for something to read? We have a Book Club guide with lots of great info about starting a club and a list of Book Club Kits for teens.
